Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using QUEBA, creating an account, publishing a card, unlocking chat, purchasing a subscription, prioritizing a card, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and all policies referenced by them.

QUEBA allows users to create QUEBA cards, search for people by card IDs or filters, view public cards, save or like cards, unlock chats, purchase access to features, prioritize cards, and communicate with other users. Feature availability may vary by account, category, configuration, or platform status.

QUEBA is intended solely for genuine, lawful, and respectful personal connections consistent with its stated purpose - meeting new people, socializing, dating, networking, and similar interactions. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, solicitation, commercial advertising, spamming, scraping, automated or bot access, impersonation, or any purpose inconsistent with this intended use. QUEBA may suspend or terminate access for any use that falls outside this intended purpose.

Users must treat other users with respect and courtesy at all times. Demeaning, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful language or conduct - whether in card content, notes, images, messages, or any other interaction on the platform - is strictly prohibited.

QUEBA is a platform that facilitates connections between users and does not create, endorse, verify, or control the content users publish or the conduct of users toward one another. If any user posts, sends, or otherwise communicates demeaning, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content, or engages in harmful conduct toward another user, that individual user is solely and personally responsible for such content and conduct, including any legal or other consequences arising from it. QUEBA shall not be held liable for the actions, statements, or content of any user, and QUEBA's role is limited to providing the technical means by which users interact.

Users are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, and consequences of information they publish, including profile details, card content, notes, images, messages, and any interaction with other users. Users must not post misleading, unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or prohibited content.

Users must follow QUEBA's platform rules, including restrictions on sharing contact details where prohibited. QUEBA may warn users, apply penalties, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or take other enforcement action for violations.

Paid services may include subscriptions, chat unlocks, card prioritizations, penalties, or other paid functionality. Prices, durations, feature scope, and eligibility may be configured by QUEBA and may vary over time.

QUEBA reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, remove, or discontinue features, policies, pricing, paid services, access rules, design, and functionality at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms and policies.

Users are responsible for maintaining control of their phone number, OTP access, device security, and account activity. QUEBA may deny access, require verification, or restrict suspicious activity to protect the platform and users.

QUEBA does not guarantee matches, responses, relationship outcomes, user behavior, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Users interact with others at their own discretion and should exercise reasonable caution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUEBA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, loss of data, loss of opportunity, user conduct, or disputes between users arising from use of the platform.

QUEBA may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features if a user violates these terms, harms the platform, creates legal risk, or engages in conduct QUEBA considers unsafe or abusive.

QUEBA may require users to accept current legal policies and may store the policy version or revision identifier accepted by each user along with the acceptance timestamp for audit and compliance purposes.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India, and no other court shall have jurisdiction in respect thereof.
